ነብዩ ﷺ እንዲህ ይላሉ፡-

{ أتاني جبريل فقال: يا محمد، عش ما شئت فإنك ميت، وأحبب من شئت فإنك مفارقه، واعمل ما شئت فإنك مجزي به، واعلم أن شرف المؤمن قيامه بالليل،

وعزه استغناؤه عن الناس } .

“ጂብሪል እኔ ዘንድ በመምጣት እንዲህ አለኝ፦

'የፈለግከውን ያክል ብትኖር ትሞታለህ! የፈለግከውን ብትወድ ትለየዋለህ! የፈለግከውን ስራ ዋጋውን ታገኛለህ! እወቅ! የሙእሚን ክብሩ የሌሊት ሶላት መስገዱ፣ የበላይነቱ ደግሞ ከሰዎች መብቃቃቱ ነው፡፡”

(ሐኪም ዘግበውታል፡፡ አልባኒይ ሶሒሕ ብለውታል)

ከእውቀት እና ከገንዘብ የቱ ይበልጣል?

ኢብኑል ቀዪም - ረሒመሁላህ - እንዲህ ይላሉ፦

የሸሪዐ እውቀት በገንዘብ ላይ ያለው ብልጫ በተለያየ መልኩ ይታወቃል።

* እውቀት የነብያት ውርስ ሲሆን ገንዘብ ግን የንጉሳንና የሃብታሞች ውርስ ነው።

* የገንዘብ ባለቤት ሲሞት ገንዘቡ ይለየዋል። የእውቀት ባለቤት ግን አብሮት ቀብሩ ይገባል።

* ገንዘብ ወደ ጥጋብና ጉራ ይጣራል። እውቀት ወደ መተናነስና ባርነት ነው የሚጣራው።

It is narrated from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him:

Asceticism: Your heart does not think about the things that exist in this world.

He does not want anything to be lacking from him, then he recited the word of Allah Almighty: {If any calamity befalls the earth}... verse.
