About me

Between my sin and Allah's mercy, I err & seek forgiveness...

Translation is not possible.
Allahu Akbar! I cannot even describe how deeply this realization hit me... One of the deep truth I found out that shook me: all of the Anbiya (Prophets) never said اللهم ارزقني, they always asked for اللهم هب لي.

But WHY!!! the difference is life-changing...

asking for provision (rizq) from Allah

asking for rizq/gift (provision) directly from Allah, effortless, without struggle...

So basically If I say:
I must take action, work for it, and go through consequences to receive it...

But if I say:
It could come without any worldly effort, just by Allah's will (hidden plan

This explains why the Qur'an teaches us:

We ask for pious spouses and children as a gift, without struggle, directly from Allah's generosity (Without rejections and struggles)...

Very few of us use اللهم هب لي in daily Duas! The Anbiya's (prophets) method is rare in the Ummah today, but it carries immense barakah, insha'Allah
