بعد اعتماد عقد الشراكة من قبل الهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمناطق الحرة بمصر وطلب شهر الأراضي الخاصة بنا، تم تخصيص قطعة أرض اولى لبدا مسيرة التطوير وهي أرض ملك السيد الأستاذ المهندس/ إسلام بن الحسن وشركة/ إنسان التقنية فرع مصر، وستدخل في إطار تحولنا من شركة استثمار إلى شركة تطوير (مطور محترف) وفقًا للقانون رقم 72 لسنة 2017. وتلك الارض كانت عاملة كملحق مخازن تحت التأسيس وكراجات خاصة بشركة إنسان التقنية فرع مصر وفقًا للسجل التجاري للشركة

After obtaining the partnership contract approval from the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones in Misr (Egypt) and requesting the allocation of our private land, an initial plot of land was allocated to start the development process. This land is owned by Mr. Engineer Islam Bin ElHassan and Insan Technology Company, Misr (Egypt) branch. It will be part of our transformation from an investment company to a development company (professional developer) according to Law No. 72 of 2017. This land was previously used as a warehouse annex under construction and private garages for Insan Technology Company, Misr (Egypt) branch, according to the company's commercial record
