Decentralize Fiqh and Imam councils, Fatwa councils, and un-register all Muslim organizations from government departments and agencies.
Muslim religious authority, military, governance, economics, and social networks must all go deep underground.
We must understand that all Muslim affairs and authorities that currently see daylight are irreversibly compromised and they are being used as obstacles to unified Islamic governance."
