The best way to attain khushu in Salah I've found is to leave my devices 10-20 minutes before and then either spend time with family or do azkar on the prayer mat or anything that distracts you from the world on that phone. This will allow your racing mind to calm down. Devices usually overstimulate the mind so let's try cutting it down. JazakAllah.
