Sometimes I go to school with this experienced teacher. She speaks Russian (her origin is Russian), but she was born in Uzbekistan.
She has been awarded the title “Xalq ta’limi a’lochisi” (Outstanding Worker of Public Education).
I really enjoy talking to this woman because our values match from the very beginning.
By the way, we speak English wherever we are—whether on the bus or in the street 😅—because I don’t know Russian well. Even though she is 70 years old, she still speaks English very well.
On the way, she gave me some advice, because in January I will be teaching 30–40 students alone, without dividing the classes into two groups. My partner said today, “I’m going to continue my studies (malaka oshirish) in January.”((
I actually started working in November. I’m barely managing the first-grade classes (even half of them).
As for handling the whole class, I really don’t know.
Please remember me in your du‘as. May Allah grant me ease, make my words clear and understandable to my students, and make them obedient and responsive to me.
I like her not because she received the title “Xalq ta’limi a’lochisi”, but because of her sincerity, and I enjoy spending time with her.
I don’t know which religion she follows; I don’t think she is Muslim. May Allah guide her, in shā’ Allāh.
